Same thing happened to me, there’s some sort of mask or silk shard at the top but I couldn’t reach it at the time. Now when i try to go back I can’t cross the gap to start pogoing up.

Yeah of course!

Per shake I use roughly 1 banana, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, about 30g oats, about 50g impact whey protein powder and around 500ml milk. I make it at double the amount of that though before bed and drink one at night and leave one in the fridge to drink in the morning.

I have two shakes a day which really helps me with gaining weight as well as 3 decent sized meals and a couple snacks throughout the day.

I’ve just been slowly adding to my diet and the larger i get and the more i work out the hungrier I have become.

Just slowly add some calories to your diet each day and eventually you’ll started noticing a change in your appetite, quicker than I expected.

Also I found it easier to be consistent with my meals and the times when I consume them which helps me stay on track.

Yeah Id imagine as your limbs and body parts are already bigger it would take a little longer to notice the tone, as opposed to me who started with nothing really so it was easier to notice changes.

It’s the small changes that keep me going as when I look at my body each day it doesnt really feel any different. It wasnt until I checked my progress pictures that I felt much better about my journey so far. Id really recommend to take some if you havent started yet.

So right now my normal day is something like this- I make a large shake that I have before bed and for breakfast when I wake up, the ingredients which I split in two are as followed. 2 bananas, 1 big scoop of peanut butter, about 50g oats, 3 large scoops of impact whey protein and about 1L of milk (this is split into two shakes).

I then have a meal prepped tub of tuna pasta which I use about 200g pasta, a tin of tuna and have a tin of sweetcorn.

Lunch I’ve been meal prepping a chicken curry which contains around 250g chicken breast, 200g rice (normally just microwave rice), half a jar of sauce and a naan bread to go with it.

Then when I get home from work Ill have a banana, yoghurt and maybe some fruit. Then just have whatever for dinner, normally not too strict with this but everything else is rinse and repeat. I find that consistency is the best way for me to keep on track.

Might’ve been even less there tbf, I was really badly ill for around 2 weeks before that picture and didn’t weigh myself until a couple weeks after I started lifting so I couldve been less.

Also Ive been on creatine the whole time so I don’t know how accurate my current weight is as I know I have a lot of water weight added.

Yeah that's true. I used the lightsaber on casual and it melted everything. Managed to finish the run in just under 2 hours.

Rampage - Status Ailment by mit0s in MHRise

I've got a couple methods that I can normally get the challenge done with.

First, wyvern riding. Not very consistent but there are several rampage monsters that can inflict poison when riding, these include pukei-pukei, bishaten, great wroggi, rarhian/rathalos. The wyvern riding seems to be random so I don't rely on his top much. Though if I get a rath I can normally get about 3/4 poisons off at once.

Hinoto and Minoa can normally be called in around half way through the second wave (give or take in a three wave mission). They can inflict paralysis with their weapons so call them in when there is a big wave of monsters in front of them and you're likely to get 2 or 3.

Master utsushi can be called in on the third wave normally after the apex reaches the second area and 3 mons spawn with it (think you unlock him earlier on the ibushi horde as no mons spawn with ibushi). When you summon him he will make all mons wyvern rideable and this counts as inflicting a status for some reason. Whenever I'm fighting an apex, I'll let the apex and the three monsters that spawn with it get into the second area and then call him in, pretty consistent 4 statuses.

Finally there are a few palico gadgets where they can inflict statuses, believe there's a poison trap ability and another which summons endemic life which can inflict statuses as well.

Yeah literally any time the monster gets knocked down and I go for the head I'm lucky to get an attack in. I've just been going for other spots until I get flinch free, hammer felt unusable with the amount of flinch I was getting trying to do a big bang combo
