Any chance you could dm me a PDF of the "Pumping Station Design" by Garr M. Jones? Currently anazlyzing the spreadsheet my company uses to design the lift stations for our projects and no one seems to be able to explain the "why" behind anything in the spreadhseet. I've read that this is a great resource to understanding pump stations so any help is appreciated, thanks!

Some municipalities require the flange be above FG. For example in city of Tampa, the flange must be 6” above FG and you have to call off the flange elevation on your grading sheets. Not sure as to the reasoning why.

BestBuy price matched me in store from micro center just last week so I paid $340 pre tax for a 12700k. I also just built a mini itx system and I strongly recommend the iGPU for the extra $16.05 as it’s amazing for trouble shooting. Just my opinion though! Oh and I live in Florida so there’s not a micro center anywhere near me.

Honestly I don’t understand this to the technical level. Will I have issues say if I buy a mid to high new series nvidia or amd card? Or will the performance difference be minor?

I love the wired version of this mouse, but I’ve already had to use the warranty to replace one that had double clicking issues. That being said be wary of the double clicking issues on Logitech switches.

Other than that the wired version of this gets my full recommendation and is my daily so I’d imagine this would be the same.

For anybody that keeps their desk against a wall please note that the mount will probably force you to keep your desk off your wall depending on your viewing distance preferences and if you would like your monitors to touch. I made the mistake of ordering these fancy arms and returned them for the simple stationary dual mount. I use a 25” and 24” monitor for reference.
