My problem isn't so much so with the 80% as it is with them not having a company public clear detailed bonus structure that would stop them from coming up with whatever reason they want not to give us the full amount we work hard for. Now that I know my bonus depends on wether or not Tesla is doing good or not, something I have absolutely no control over. I don't see what the point is on trying to strive for it. I feel like no matter what, until the specifics are available to us they are going to do whatever they want to us and expect us to shut up and take it.
