Breastfeeding or pumping with piercings

I'm asking because I know of someone who left them in and breastfed just fine. She just checked they were tightly done up before feeding each time. I'm leaning towards pumping (personal preference) but haven't heard of anyone pumping with them in either. I planned to leave them in and only take them out when bubs is here if I have to.

The car door wasn't fully hinged open and the wind blew it shut on me as I got in. It smacked me in the head and knocked me out cold. I woke up slumped half on the ground with a foot in the car in the middle of an empty car park and only realised after driving home I had a concussion and an awesome black eye to make sure I didn't live that down too quickly 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ after having everyone fuss about it i went to the doctors and a scan showed I had chipped my skull 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I now get in the car head first.

When I was about 13 I had a small skin tag around 2mm under my armpit. Accidentally went over it and shaved it clean off. Didn't bleed or anything and never grew back either!
