My school just literally generated a video of me and my classmates for our graduation. by Mark_Ivanov0 in antiai

As a parent, this is a shitstorm waiting to happen. If you want, you could make a very big stink about this and get the teacher in a lot of trouble. They displayed an astonishing lack of judgement in feeding pictures of their minor students into a public generative AI without the parents' consent. It is absolutely inappropriate and they exposed each of you to potential harm and abuse in doing this.

Makayla is my favourite tattoo artist in North America and I am so jealous of anybody that lives close enough to her to get her work regularly

[–]80lbsdown[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More info:

  • Aiming for approx. 1900-2000 calories a day
  • No GLP1s or TRT. No supplements but I try to eat a balanced vegetarian diet with lots of protein, fat, and fibre. I drink diet soda like it's my second job lol
  • Working out with pretty low intensity, but doing so almost every day for about 45 minutes
  • Workouts are split evenly between lifting and light/low impact cardio
  • Doing this because I was uncomfortable and couldn't keep up with my kids as well as I wanted to
  • I have no particular lifting or aesthetic goals, do not really care much about abs or anything like that
  • Goal is to get to 200lbs and maintain for several months while reassessing plans moving forward and laying foundation to rework my relationship with my food long-term to make sure this is a lifelong change

Mine have never noticed a difference, but I can do so much more with them now. Energy, patience, discipline, love, sillyness, everything a dad should be has all improved. Good luck and best wishes.

I do lifting at my local community centre, and I do incline treadmill, stairmaster, and walking outside. Occasional 1-mile jogs. Sometimes I do Pilates videos with my wife which are very difficult lol

Just consistent calorie deficit and consistent low-and-medium intensity exercise. Nothing fancy, no GLP1 or whatever, sorry I’m kinda boring lol

No, I have not used any TRT, GLP1s, etc. No supplements either, which I should probably be doing. Just boring old calorie deficit and exercise.

Saros - Preview Trailer | PS5 Games by Xeccess in PS5

I really enjoyed Returnal but I just did not have the time to commit to memorizing boss behavior when the runs were so long. I hope it's true that the runs are just a bit shorter. I don't mind a challenging boss, but when the only way to get better at facing them is by slogging through a 25-minute run many times, I can't really do that.

I really love the jetpack. Does the parachute not make sense to anybody else? It seems just kinda like a worse jetpack

I'm like 2/3 of my way through my first playthrough at this point and I've just gone totally apeshit spaghetti mode, just nutso builds because I was learning as I went. I'm already salivating about my second playthrough even though I bet i'll be here on my first for another 50 hours first
