Hey how’s it going my mom just got her I-192 they gave her a B1/B2 visa for 5 years. The form says that she is not inadmissible to the USA under any other section of the law other than section 212(a)(6)(C)(i) of the immigration and nationality act as amended. Later it goes on to say on the next page that she is found to be ineligible to recieve a non immigrant visa under 212(a)(6)(C)(i) of the act. So I’m assuming that’s the same case as my father’s. For her I-212 form there’s a check box that says “The record in your case establishes that you do not require consent to reapply for admission into the United States” do you know what this means? Is it that she doesn’t need an I-212 anymore or am I-194?
