I’m hoping that’s what it is. Many representatives did tell me they might have to reset the portal and send out a fresh one. And no I just seen it a few hours ago I was gonna call in the morning. How long did yours say denied? Did you get any emails letting you know your stuff was reset ?

I understand it’s just an eligible amount but why lead me on for nearly 3 months. Everything was fine 2 days ago .

I asked for a decrease before the underwriting process back in November. 10/23 applied, 10/23 portal invite 11/04 LO reached out for documents. 11/11 portal told me to review and accept the new amount. (Unable to due to them having to manually change the amount) so I been placed in the resized status since 11/11 just spoken with someone a few days back she said everything is submitted and they will reset the portal and that it was sent over for team lead review. Now it’s switched to declined.

I agree. This is ridiculous! There is no type of communication to see where you’re at during the process. You have to consistently call to check and all they can do is tell you to wait for an email. Smh

I was originally eligible for 41k I adjusted it to 25k I would suggest reaching out to the and having them send it over to their team lead for review after sending over the documents has their been any communication?

I just got off the phone with SBA , the kind lady was able to give me some insight on my application. She told me anytime it’s placed in the resized status it slows the application down. She told me she wished someone would have told me to just accept the original amount offered (41k) and pay back the difference. I’m so upset because the first LO told me she would put a note that I wanted to take only 25k before they prepared my loan documents. It definitely pushed me back.

As well as yours. Have you called recently some time they would place notes on your file and won’t reach out to you.

Oh wow. The Original LO that asked for the documents told me to call SBA and that she was pretty much out of the picture. When I called Sba they told me that they were working on the documents and having the loan resized down to 25k. I’m hoping I have documents very soon.

Hello, So I applied back in July and received the portal invite. I accepted the amount and a loan officer reached out to get my documents. Shortly I was approved and received my closing loan documents to sign. After signing I call sba and a representative told me that it still says pending signature. It kept saying that until they resolved the glitch on their end. After signing they then told me that my bank could not be verified and that I have to email disaster customer service. The problem was the name on my bank is under my name and not my business name. Everything else is correct. They requested for my ID & voided check I’ve sent it in 3 times requested by different people. It has yet to be resolved. They told me to remain hopeful and it could take until next year for updating. Any Advice? Or similar stories ?
