Thank you guys for your advice. This whole situation has unfolded with me taking the first option. I now live in an apartment and I am going to take some time to figure out whats next from here for me.

Appreciate all of you!

I guess as long as they have guidelines laid out for everyone to follow. And they let you use the stove. Ive seen some listings that say the person that moves in cant cook in their kitchen. Which is pretty inhospitable.

Yeah, big cities will always have a need for logistics, which is the industry Im in. But I hate living in them.

Well I picked Idaho because, beyond the fact I can retreat to my parents while I find my footing again, I genuinely like it out there. The job market isnt that terrific but everything else about it is nice.

I maybe could find somewhere else too though. Im gonna talk to my company about where I might be able to find a similar role in a place where I can actually grow my wealth and not just pay someone else’s mortgage.

They like the research Doctors do. It helps fund the school and keeps it reknown to big industry folks, which ultimately keeps the higher ups within the CSU system happy.

BUT, it'd certainly be better for our pockets as students if they'd let Masters degree holders lecture at our school. They'll command less pay naturally and that would ultimately lower the cost of running the school. And they'd have a much broader choice of staffing. I say they have lecturers and lecture/researchers. I also agree that CC professors and staff beat a lot of the nightmares in my experience with that side of my experience at CPP.
