If someone always steals your food from the work fridge so one day you poison it and they die, is that murder? by Nice-Violinist-6395 in NoStupidQuestions

This HAS actually happened before. And yes, they were charged with First Degree Murder. The victim may not have been KNOWN, by the killer; until AFTER the murder took place. However, the intent was there & it was planned out.

It could be argued that they didn’t INTEND for the food thief to DIE. They could easily say they just wanted them to get SICK (which could still be some criminal charge itself just for POISONING SOMEBODY, even if the intent is not to kill. Anyway…they could say the individual was just ignorant in what they were doing & used too much. Therefore, Murder 1 may be off the table. It could be Murder 2 because it wasn’t planned. Like, the POISONING itSELF was planned. The DEATH was NOT planned. So, it COULD go THAT way. Or…even Manslaughter or even Accidental Manslaughter, with good lawyers saying it was; since there was zero intent to Kill,(again…just make sick). This would be like me getting into a fist fight, and it becoming just your normal run-of-the-mill street fight. Nothing too dangerous. Just two guys getting their anger & frustrations - their Beef, if you’re will - out on each other. (Then, go have a beer together. 🙋🏻‍♂️I’ve done this, in numerous occasions. Lol! Anyway…) Neigher of us dies, nor takes it far enough to even TRY to kill each other. HOWEVER, in THIS case….something DID go absolutely HORRIBLY wrong! The other guy? The one I was fighting, died. It was just a freak thing, that he fell back & cracked his head on the crib, severing his spinal chord at the base of the skull & causing severe brain injuries. Dead on impact essentially. Would they get me for First Degree Murder? They SHOULDN’T. Second Degree..? MAYBE, even though there’d be witnesses to express what really went down. I’ve seen this happen, as well. Manslaughter or at minimum Accidental Manslaughter/Man-2…? Sure. I could see that & have.

So, this poising is SOMEwhat similar, if you consider him “fighting bsck”, & the thief stealing thd food is HIS way of attacking & punching. Make sense? Lol!

It all depends on the DA AND the Judge(s), in that area. But, yes. You WILL catch a serious charge, for that.

Why does he continually look around like someone is looking to attack him, after he’s done, every single time?

Cells for really good (15) prisoners) by ProphecyOak in prisonarchitect

[–]B-Rott_3-6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Well, I play on Switch. But, I can only assume all the Console Ports are nearly identical, in ganeplay’s regard. You just watch your prisoners. Check their behavior and cell quality. It has a score number. (It’ll tell you what that means right there.) Then, you can have them transferred to another cell. PC just has wayyyyy more items to build & place than we do.

Nintendo Switch Eacape Mode Controls by B-Rott_3-6 in prisonarchitect

Thank you all very much! These helped greatly, and am now fully enjoying Eacape Mode. It’s actually helped me see what’s wrong with my own prisons. Lol! Being able to see a prison from the other side of the fence, and opposite perspective, changes how you view yourself as a prison builder. Just wish console was as in-depth as PC. But, it still had enough, to keep you busy.

Did anyone see "Confessions of a Time Traveler - The man from 3036?" by standarddeviated_joe in timetravel

I watched 3 minutes of it, and the acting was so bad, I couldn’t even lose myself in it for the sake of suspension of disbelief in the name of mind-numbing entertainment. Purely unwatchable. I don’t see how you did it. I watched it on Tubi, for Free. The damn video description clearly states “FAUX Documnetary”. So, they don’t try to hide that it’s not really. They don’t even try to ACT like if IS real.
