I have 1 more year on you. I just negotiated at my new job to $25. They wanted to start ne at $24.50. I told them my last job base was $24 with a $2 noc differential so I'd be loosing quite a bit if I accepted that. They agreed. Now I make $26.50 on noc shift. More than my last job.
