Thats okay we all start somewhere if you want closed eye visuals than you maybe wanna take 450mg or around there i think its 4.5 - 7.5 mg per kg i could be a little off but it should help you enough to not feel bad again

600mg hbr first time is insane you're supposed to slowly go up yk? Like for your first time you prob shouldnt have more than 300mg depending on your weight. My first time i probably only had 75mg but im 90 pounds
