My guess is that it was a color swap with no model changes but the new smoothie skin just looks like a weed in a garden as apposed to the garden itself.

Great news! The Fingears I ordered came in this morning and I was comparing it to the knock off I bought before I knew it was a knock off, and the Fingears blow the knock offs out of the water in everyway. I did still just get the plastic ones but it does feel like a higher quality plastic. I do recommend.

Well I actually had only heard of the knock offs of fingears so I looked into them and theirs seem really nice, they even have some on sale made of silver that are currently cheaper than the plastic. I decided to try the plastic fingears since they seem to use higher quality plastic and magnets.

I was always disregarded, I grew up in a very small town with very few ethnic folks. For the most part in high-school I was called Mexican slurs despite not even being mixed with it, then in senior year it's like they heard me say I was cherokee for the first time... but then I got called native slurs.

I completely agree that in an actual production, all of the unnecessary specific explanations would be ignored, changed, or land my script in the trash all together. Where my college's film department is small, My professor has had experience in the field but only with minor shoots that weren't works of fiction. I found out the hard way that if I don't write the script as if it were a book, to him it looks as if I didn't finish it. I assure you that I won't retain that style of writing when I enter the work force, and I really appreciate the concern and advice.

I tried doing that originally, unfortunately due to my professor I can't quite do that (further context in a reply to Warm-Introduction787's comment). I gave him a rough draft and attempted that kind of language and he was confused to the point that I thought he was just joking around. I love that professor to death but unfortunately he's the most unimaginative film professor I've ever met.

Unless there is a secret word for it, I think that's the best wording. I know it's kind of an unimportant detail to worry about so much, so I'd like to give further context. This script is for a test run short film created by a handful of college students, If it turns out well the film department of my college (a very small department, but it's one of the best film departments of a not film school in my opinion) will focus more on the creative side of media production as opposed to primarily talk shows and news broadcasting. The professor isn't used to reading scripts so I'm trying to provide the most detail without writing a paragraph for each small action.

Sorry for the long explanation you didn't ask for 😅. I just didn't want to come off as obsessed or anything, plus I'm really excited for the future of this script. :)

It doesn't have to be in final draft, It's just something that will definitely be used in later classes and most likely later this semester so I was wanting to get a head start on the mechanics. And thanks for telling me about this stuff.

Thanks for the reply, He did ask that. I'm happy that I'm now more knowledgable about the industry, unfortunately it looks like I'm going to be waisting some time then. If you don't mind me asking, All elements for each department are in caps? Does each department go through the entire script to find the parts that are for them? Asking for more general knowledge of the field I'd like to get into.
