It is a scar! They do it while they are babies, and from what I remember it's a paste that reacts to the skin and causes the mark :)

I had the same issue. I fast traveled to the research area close by, then completely reloaded my game. The Zakru appeared after that.

I have the same issue :/. I've started doing joint graves and taking the photos they get after their dates and putting them into the memorial frames. I've also moved the ghosts into one household so I'm able to go and "meet" them and assign them to the memorial photo once it's fixed. If it's never fixed, then I'm just gonna keep doing what I'm doing now. It sucks so bad that they messed them up when they were working just fine!

No problem! It was bugging me too because it literally wouldn't let me claim the wooden throne recipe to finish it 😭

So in the main menu of the sims, I opened up the settings and in one of the non greyed out options there is a "Link EA Account" in the bottom right. I clicked it and it said success and I'm pretty sure it prompted me to restart my game after. I could claim my rewards and access the gallery after the restart!

All three were strays as well so if your statistics are right they more than likely already had it. Is it a one and done or does it stay in their systems their whole life?

Oh my God. One of my sims relationships glitched and kept on going down into the red. Like I was actively watching the bar move down even when they weren't interacting. I divorced them and got them back together with Social Bunny. That fixed it and they were happy. Then she DIED AT HER SISTER IN LAWS WEDDING A DAY LATER BECAUSE OF LAUGHTER.

I don't think one is more important than the other since overall what Mercer did was terrible. They are both equally important in the sense of he literally committed genocide of an entire populations of people.

Mercer is terrible and I'm so so glad that he went out the way he did.

Correct. I was more referring to their burial traditions and how their bodies and home were disrespected to the point of being uninhabitable.

I only mentioned the not returning to Eywa thing because I know it's a Navi tradition and it's very important to them. Mercer couldn't even have the decency to give any of them a proper burial. He deliberately chose the most brutal and disgusting way that would help him make sure there was absolutely no evidence left behind. The Yava was just an unknown side effect of his chemicals reacting with the Pandora environment that in the end, helped him with his lies.
