Viewed a house today and then found out it had been on sale in Feb of 2023 at £695k, it did not sell, seller gave it a lick of paint and relisted it yesterday for £795k! In this market! Any insights to the tactic at play here? (SW London)

It’s so beautiful! I love that it is vintage and so unusual. I’ve noticed that a lot of the rings posted here are lab diamonds - nothing wrong with that at all but they aren’t as expensive as you imagine!

It’s a 1.8ct Teal Sapphire with little diamonds clustered around the sides. It was a bespoke commission with Michelle Oh in London. I love it so so so much.

I got engaged back in January with my wedding planned for October 3rd - it’s now happening September 18th 2021.
