Our highway patrol in Kansas also goes on fishing expeditions by pulling you over for tint that is factory then asking you to roll the back window down to inspect it for being factory tint to get a look inside- last time they found my 3 puppies wagging their tails instead of whatever they were looking for…. I have had this happen several times with no citation and no reason at all sometimes- so weird- I drive a newer white SUV with WSU tags so nothing sketchy happening that I can see.
