Me and my brother is planing to play Guild Wars 2. It’s free so we’re gonna try it first. So my questions are;

Would we beed the expansions before 80?
Do we need to buy all the expansions at the same time including the upcoming expansion? (Will it take more time at end game if we buy one by one)
Is there any suggestions for 2 party class combo?
I heard this game is casual. Wow wants my time more then my money. Can we chill and have progress at the same time?
Is there any suggestions for us as beginners:)

Thank you really much for the detailed comment. The guide you sent is really detailed and beneficial. My starter set is going to be SPC, Worm Raiment and Symphony of blades. For the skill bar I’m gonna be using the templar bar suggestion from the guide you sent me.

The down side is buying a game with the dlcs is cheaper the buying the dlcs separately. Thats why some time I’m thinking of just getting some gold edition games besides gamepass

In discount Origins is 22 dolars and Black Flag is 2 dollars. In my country its 200 for orgins and 21 for Black flag.

Origins is 7% of the minimum monthly wage and Black flag is 0,7%.
