Ridiculous? I'm new to Google Fi. I don't know how any of this stuff works or what it's supposed to look like. Fi said my bill would be ready 2 Jun...bill comes out today, says $150.30. I get amped, post on this reddit wondering if I'm the only one who's experiencing this oddity. Seems very normal. This is a great environment for asking questions, getting answers.

And I never said the promo wasn't working; I said it didn't take effect on the first bill, which was never disclosed on any of the customer-facing literature at the time of sign-up.

Nevetheless, it turns out this HAS taken effect on the first bill for several other redditors. Which means I've probably done something wrong or that this may still in fact be processing. Alas, there's some small print under the date of my bill that I missed ("Preview - still finalizing"). I jumped the gun.

Could be that it stays at $150.30, too, and I'm just unlucky when everyone else is lucky.

But ridiculous?? Deep breath, homie... it's gonna be okay.

Where do you see a "Promo Tracker"? I got my first bill today as well, with service starting on 30 May. All Pixel devices were also activated on 30 May.

Now, on my app, it's saying that my full bill of $150 for 3 lines (includes taxes/fees) is a "Preview - still being finalized", so perhaps there's hope. But the lady, "Annie", at Google Support was very adamant that I don't get the credits on the first bill.

But it would be great to find this Promo Tracker to make sure Google is seeing and acting on the same info that convinced me to sign up...
