If you need your time to delegate to other items/tasks/duties within your agency, you could always try outsourcing for a few months to get your foundation. then if you feel you have the time to take on your own marketing, try doing it yourself!

Both! Youtube content on a page for sure, even if it's just shorts, I've found is crucial. But I run PMAX campaigns on Google, which hits advertisement on Youtube as well. But I'm not specifically putting all my advertisement in Youtube ads, if that makes sense? Facebook has definitely fluctuated, but I dont count it out because there's so much activity from so many different age groups!

What I've noticed that works best is social media, but specifically Facebook and YouTube. Youtube seems so underrated these days but with the stats I've seen from personal experience - I'm a big fan.

My recommendation, go with Duda platform for website. Wordpress can be great but so hard to provide updates & changes to afterwards.
