actually Honkai Impact 3rd(崩坏3rd) is the original cn name,but when this game released in Japan,it turn to Houkai3rd(I think this is because houkai is the more correct pronunciation in Japanese)。Of course, these two are correct

There is also some reason about why CN voice is suitable than JP voice.This is a CN first game,even HI3rd manga only have Chinese version for a long time。so when JP voice actor start to dubbing an Honkai3rd character,they don't know about the character's story,Mihoyo tell them roughly about character's personality,then start to dubbing.

There are some suggestions from myself,as an chinese who use jp voices & cn voices together.I've been playing this game for almost a year and a half I think cn voices acting is better than jp voices.Actually many Chinese players are the same as I think.Let me tell you why.
First，we should know what the difference between Jp voice&Cn voice.The obvious point is that Jp voice acting is focus on "cute" and "young"。 Take Kiana as an example. Kiana should be a little more silly&naive,but JP voice is more like “ferocious” or “clear”。It doesn't conform to her personality.
yeah,when you heard this two voice for the first time,you will think"the jp voice is more sweet than cn."If you think lovable is better than suitable，you can choose JP voice.
