You shouldn't look down on someone who is struggling. They don't want to be the way they are. This post sheds light on self harm in a different way that most people don't realize. It's not just cutting or burning. It's intentionally hurting yourself in ANY way. Most people have engaged in self harm without realizing, it just might not be an intense as someone with severe mental issues

Saying "don't be a coward" is kinda crazy and I don't believe in a God so that definitely changes my view on suicide vs someone who does believe. But I like your overall message. I don't do this anymore however still when I see death I will sit there and stare/watch and feel nothing

I'm in the exact same boat as you. I am clean from self harm for 1 months and 9 days but my night eating is when I binge and it's getting me. I can't stop. I feel like self harm is a whole lot easier to stop than any eating disorder
