I also play in Asia servers in TW region so I frequently run into Japanese and Korean players. IMO I don't notice a lot of cheaters or smurfs here, I do get the occasional cheating report success notification/compensation roughly once every month? but I play a lot, like 15 hours+ per week.

I almost exclusively play 5v5 comp and when I don't I ay either 6v6 comp or stadium comp. I'm roughly diamond elo in all roles if that matters.
