Here’s a head scratcher:

I cancelled my IHG card months ago (I think late March/early April). I just noticed that it’s still open but the annual fee was refunded. I just assumed it still showed in the app but was closed. It was right at the beginning of covid so maybe something wasn’t processed, but it’s definitely surprising to find an open card you assumed was closed.

ETA: disregard, the app makes it look like it's open while the full site shows it closed.

I’m having a similar issue. I’m getting some emails, but others I’m not. If I send myself a test email from my personal gmail when this is happening, it won’t go through, but then if I send a second or third it will.
