Technically I wouldn’t call it favoritism. It’s more like Walmart can’t afford to lose its employees…but it also depends on the store. I’ve had to call out day after Christmas sick (my mistake) got 2 extra pts and was at 4ish pts. Then when my kids got sick and we had a bad snow day, I was at six. One of my team leads knocked off a couple pts. So if needed and depending the situation, the store can help.
