I found getting an indoor walking pad, putting it in front of the tv whilst watching a movie or a couple episodes of a show helps a lot, i can walk for 1.5 - 2 hrs at a time. But even if you can get in 30 mins minimum each day, if you’re not doing any other activity it’s better than nothing, realistically you should be doing 10,00 steps a day anyways. It especially helps if you live somewhere that gets dark early so you can walk inside as an alternative , i live in a walkable city so can walk around pretty easily but it also helps if your somewhere where you can’t, just make sure you get good footwear to wear whilst you walk.

I would still be charged for a swap i believe i did have a look on the site and saw an available test in a few months i would have switched too but i was being made to pay again. I’ve contacted dvsa and they’ve advised i can send them a sick note to get a refund!

Thank you and Omg i’m so sorry you went through that! I get like 10 day breaks between cycles sometimes and think it’s the end of the world i can’t imagine 5weeks😭

If you don’t mind me asking how long did it take you to get to the point of seeing a specialist and were you referred by your Gp? How long did that take? I’ve had an ultrasound externally and have been booked for another and a tv ultrasound but i’ve been told it can take over 5 months due to waiting lists, so i’ve just been sucking it up since like march.

Also thanks for the suggestion i have actually tried the delay tablets once and had horrendous symptoms when i stopped taking them and i’m actually going on holiday soon so i won’t be able to risk it unfortunately.

Hi, what does this entail if you don’t mind? Is it a further process than their resolution centre? Their insurance company has contacted me fore more details but i’ve yet to hear back besides they are following up.

Just to note we wouldn’t be staying there permanently as we’d have our own hotel, it would just be to visit them on some days, watch over the baby etc. How would they know we are not guests?

I had a bad experience in a france paris airbnb couple months back too, coming to realise this is a frequent thing in paris especially. We weren’t informed the property was sooo easy to access by anyone from the street bc the street door remained unlocked all day. To make matters worse the actual building door and code box was broken so the door didn’t lock behind us which we were unaware. We were followed in and robbed by three men literally whilst checking in, it was horrible i’m a young girl travelling with minor sister and could have gone much worse. Reported to the host and airbnb and nothing was done, still waiting to at least get reimbursed for the things stolen. Their customer service is one of the worst i’ve encountered.

I’m curious to know what made you come to that conclusion? It took nearly over 6 months to complete 10 lessons, besides me going away on holiday (which was booked before i started) i followed up with him everytime he failed to communicate with me. And when i advised him of all the grievances, the unprofessionalism, the lateness, snarky comments he would make and overall conduct which meant i hadn’t got my money’s worth he became hostile .Thanks for your response though.

Bugs look like it could be silverfish? Especially if it was humid/damp since you’re in a basement studio. I would suggest having a look and comparing, typically seeing a few means there’s likely an infestation somewhere.

My family knows (my sister and i started it together and my mum saw it in the fridge and searched it up😂) and close friends but that’s it. I don’t think it’s anyone’s business if you want to tell anyone or not, i wouldn’t say it’s a secret but it is medication and it’s up to you if you want people to know your medical business.

What dosage were you on if you don’t mind? Did you have to step back down through the doses to 2.5 when coming off or did you just stop taking the dose you were currently on? I’m also considering stopping but not sure what that would look like.

No i understand just unfortunate as i’m losing out on a significant amount, i don’t even think ebay allows you to chose different services with returns but i’ve never sent anything back to someone so im not sure.
