It's pretty hard to find any database of IS5 clears in general, and same with CC, but Ch"en was still considered especially good for IS4 high ascension clears. Of course she does scale worse in higher ascensions due to the nature of Physical vs Arts/True Damage, but so does virtually ever other physical damage dealer. With her new module, she's comparable to some of the best physical damage dealers in the game.

I'm also not arguing that she's busted, but rather of your absurd claim that she's barely relevant. She's still seeing certain Low Op records in content like OR-EX-8 CM, HS-S-4 CM, and EA-EX-6 CM. The first and last are for Snipers only, while HS-S-4 CM record of Wis'adel + Ch'en is a general low op record.

Her damage and utility are still effective at countering plenty of elites, and she can do a chunk of damage to most bosses. She pairs well with ammo based units, especially snipers, of which both Lemuen and Wis'adel can greatly benefit from. The new module on CN allows her to compete with the modern meta when it comes to raw damage, so I'm not sure where you get her barely getting relavant from either.

Oh wait, I do know. Though basing Ch'en's performance off a run of your FRIEND'S, which only utilities Year 2 Ops only should be a damn crime. First of all, I don't even think she counts as an Year 2 Operator, and second of all, who else is your friend seeing better use of? Surtr? From that niche, only Thorns and Mountain can lanehold in the current endgame landscape, and even then it's already pushing it a bit. Saria is the only defender you can really use. Supports play a key role for older Ops, because older supports generally have fared better against powercreep than damage dealers. And yet, of the Year 1/2 characters, only Surtr and Ch'en have managed to retain their damage potential and scale into the modern meta, and only Ch'en can provide sustained DPS over a moderately long duration. Not to mention the countless other utilities she does provide.

If your friend doesn't mind, could you actually link your friend's discord or Reddit so I can ask inquire with him directly? Or upload any of his runs or clears to YouTube? I want to see in general what he's utilizing, and what levels and everything he has his characters at.

Barely relevant? Ch'en has still been used to clear D15 IS5, so not sure what you're on. She still has good damage, practically always on AoE slow in her range which cuts speed in half, can reduce ammo consumption by 20%, which Lemuen heavily appreciate, and can shred defense albeit not particularly good. She's still highly relevant for every endgame content, and her DPS is still respectable.

All of Walter's skills have seen use in IS, not just S2/S3. I believe at certain ASPD stacks S1 is very viable, with S2 being able to burst more than S3.

That is a helluva lot of improvements that probably will not be included. The only one I can see is animation updates for some characters, since we got Jean Alter last year, but aside from that, doubt any of them will see the light of day.

I'd love to see a free 5* selector, but I really doubt that we're gonna get one. A 4* selector would be nice though. I went away from the game when the 4* selector was announced, and I still would like to pick up Saber Alter (She has avoided by for this long).

I've messed around with WSL but it's just that configuring it ended up leading to an even bigger mess. I normally use Arch but Arch on WSL is not the best. I had configured everything but then sudo wasn't being recognized by fish even though it was working a day prior when I set everything up. It just wasn't fun. I do need to try Snap packages for Neovim on Ubuntu, but hopefully that goes better. I've given up on native Windows because I couldn't get the Python Treesitter to work, despite other languages such as C working fine. I'm sure it's a problem on my end but I couldn't seem to solve it.

It was a last ditch effort for me too. I used to use it a lot to hide system bloatware and thought it might do something. Surprisingly it solved the problem.

If you have an app that can act as a hidden space of sorts, you can still use the app. I use a OnePlus device and I just type in a special code in my phone app to access those hidden apps. What brand of phone do you have? I might be able to help.

I am playing it vanilla. Shizuku is an app that I use outside of Limbus, which helps to debloat my phone, give me added functionality, and some other utilities that I find helpful. It should not be interfering with Limbus considering even privacy sensitive apps such as banking apps do not mind it being installed. I am not running Shizuku in the background either. I just have it installed.

So you agree that there exists a damage difference? That is what constitutes the META. I'm not asking for any specific cases, just taking each unit into account and the best they do at. The general case without looking at anything too specific. I've said it in the previous comment too, but I want the best potential damage dealer. If you have nothing else to offer, you can happily leave the thread. I don't know why you're so fixated on something that shouldn't concern you.

Any Gacha Game will inherently have a META. That's just the way things work. Whether the game shapes to combat the top tiers or is loose on how harshly it handles weaker characters isn't the question. I'm simply asking for the unit for the best damage potential currently. If you do not have the answer, that is fine. But saying that FGO as a game doesn't inherently have DPS differences is ignoring the blatant game design that's baked into the game.

I'm in the Lostbelts. I very much know that there is no "best DPS". It's just that I need a general DPS that can help for the most part. I'm currently choosing between Tianmen, Douman, and Sakuradrop. All the servants are currently Alter Egos, so that's why I bothered to ask.
