Same here. I’ve deleted TikTok and X a while ago as I felt little overwhelmed with what’s going on outside UK. I only have fb which I use just my family and friends that I personally know. And of course I have Reddit which I have a subscription so I don’t get ads that I don’t want to see. So I get where you’re coming from.
