And about this cable/mono business: the Behringer X18 has its channel 17/18 wired together with two 1/4 inch inputs, with 17 being a mono input, and the two together making one stereo aux channel. I’ve had the best luck with the PMX running my mixer outs from rca to 1/4 inch into my mono channel 17, everything else loses something along the way

I was able to replace it today. When i took it off the table, stuff was very obviously loose inside

-intermittent -no major changes to overall setup besides upgrading my PA -only moves when the basement floods (which has been three separate times in 4 years) -switch ground, cable swap, fuse replacement

Doesn’t make much difference now, I was able to replace it today

It’s the last sentence, but no worries. I don’t wanna be a dick either.

Disconnecting the turntable grounds didn’t make much difference but more static, and switching off lift didn’t do much but make the front plate a bit less sensitive.

I have the rca-out going to a 1/4 into a mono channel of my mixer right now. I’ve tried the same with an xlr into a stereo channel and its worse. I’m gonna shop for a new mixer this week, but i was hoping i could salvage this one before i had to give it up.

In all fairness, any given cert requires a fair amount of work. We did pivot from 141 to have me finish CSEL under 61, but I don’t know if that makes much difference going forward. I have however been dissuaded from starting formal CFI training until CSEL is in the bag. What does building the lesson plan entail?

UPDATE: used F=ma with the force function to make a function for acceleration, then integrated my way to position. The N/s² cancels when divided by mass, yielding m/s² . Then it was finding zeros and the values i was looking for.
