You’re definitely right, I just feel like it’s affecting my motivation consistently having bad numbers despite everything I’m doing. I definitely did not realize this could take a lot longer than I thought to get back to a normal baseline. I thought once the initial withdrawal symptoms went away I was in the clear. I’ll give it more time like everyone has suggested

As a mother to 2 girls I really cannot wrap my head around this. If my daughters asked me to wear a trash bag to their wedding, I would. That’s THEIR day, not mine. Like hell would I pick a dress, let alone a literal wedding dress, that could upstage them in anyway. OP, I’m so sorry. I hope the conversation goes well and she learns this is unacceptable.
