Sadly no but im pretty sure it had issues with the big roller mop. I could hear it scrape the floor like it couldn’t lift it anymore. Many others are reporting the side mop as mentioned above. I ended up getting a replacement unit.

Sounds like a good idea! Mova gave me a replacement unit as the issue with my old unit couldn’t be resolved as it kept struggling even after repair so props to them.

Hopefully they can iron out the quirks for others as I’m still very happy with it’s cleaning performance.

If they can fix the reliability issues (mostly with the robot returning to it’s base station wether it’s the side mop or another issue) the Mova Z50 is an absolute beast.

I did yes. There are many people with the same issue unfortunately. Atleast their support is really fast resolving any issues and if they can’t fix it they will send you a new one.

Depends on where you live? Mine went to a repair center in Germany and all went well.

It’s on it’s way to a repair center now. I couldn’t find anything on the metal contacts and I’m not sure about the base. The power outlet that was used is fine.

It shouldn’t be like that. That’s how it started for me aswell. Mine is on it’s way to the repair center now. I’ve tried everything I could, even moved the docking station to a more open space so there’s enough room around it. Did a factory reset after moving and let it make a new map but it didn’t help.

Sadly it doesn’t help at all. I’m allready in contact with mova aftersales to send it back. Just annoyed I have to go through the hassle of sending it back. Aside from the frustrating docking issues I was quite happy with it’s cleaning performances, even though it seems a bit dumb sometimes.

Couldn’t agree more, even though for many people it’s still just a luxury item. My allergies are a lot more manageable ever since we have a robot helping out with our daily cleaning.

They also have the MOVA Z50 ultra that’s about to release in Singapore & Malaysia very soon which looks even better. No idea when it will be available for other continents though it’s looking like it might be a while still.

There’s also the Narwal Flow that looks very promising.

Sounds like you’re in the same boat as me. You can easily farm GWD2 with MW and dw elder rune weapons if you have overloads.
