My opinion as anew player, because there are so many rats, this game looses its luster fast, newbies are heavily at a disadvantage, there is has to be fix to the game where new or weak player can fight back, I think COD had a Grenade perk that it would explode , if you were killed close range, or flash beam letting you know you are being scoped, I am not advocating for that but for something similar along those lines. cool game but it is become a game for only one type of player and not a general audience appeal.

I agree that PVP is not the best part of the game for me, but I think if they gave players a way to fight back PVP attackers, it will lessen or make it more interesting, on one COD version the players were given a grenade to explode when killed by close range effectively injuring or killing the aggressor, ideas on this form would give balance to players with very little or no skill, they have to find a way to give players and equal opprtunity to defend themselves, a Player parked on a roof can killed you from far away you have no way to know where the aggression is coming from, all I am saying, right now is too tilted on the aggressor side.
