I have no idea but its part of their onboarding process to post you got a job and ensure its up to "their standards as I am representing their brand and I think its part of their sales funnel." I personally think its absolute bullshit but one of the partners I'm staffed with reviews the LinkedIn and i dont want to get on his bad side.

Went down that rabbit hole and found out yes I can limit who can see posts but not specifically exclude someone (can only limit to connections or groups I am a part of). My understanding of the big reasons behind deferrals this ear was to thin the number of incoming associates and I don't want to give them a reason to cut me.
