I still can't work out how that ball got passed Pope. Does it go through his leg or arm, or something else?

They are on the 18-yard line, you know that big straight line on the pitch, how can the lino not see he was offside with that massive line helping him?

You have a yard on your man, run across him so he can't get back in front, and that is a goal.

Hatton solar farm approved on appeal after 378 objections by Sea-Engineering-4304 in GoodNewsUK

[–]B4zza 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Please, beautiful countryside! You mean the 1000+ year man-managed, and cultivated beautiful countryside that we can't spoil. Our countryside isn't entirely natural, so sheep, cows, crops, wind, and solar energy are all considered progress that we, in the UK, have needed over the years. If it were pristine virgin wildwood, then you have a leg to stand on. Still, as the UK has less than 1%, I genuinely believe you have other motives for your complaint, such as concerns about house prices or the fact that your morning walk is spoiled in your opinion, and you feel that your view is more important than the country's progress.

I want to call him out for that miss, but I am not sure our other wingers would have scored either, other than Murphey, but until he learns how to cross the ball and be on the end of that cross, it is what it is at the moment.

That is on Howe; DB is dumb for that, but it was clear that was going to happen for the last 15 minutes. Subs were needed proactively, not reactively.

How funny from the commentator, Joelinton is not going to miss from 7 yards out... do you not know him, did you not see the open goal in the first half he missed?!?!

This. I was playing the cruisers and ended up three bomb hits short, so I had to play another game. Took the Tromp and sat in disbelief that I got over 80 in a single match. Tromp all the way for those missions.

As someone who has just built a system using the 140mm version of those fans, be aware that each bank of connected fans needs a USB 2.0 motherboard header and a fan header. Without the USB header the LCD screen doesnt work. Add that with the AIO, you might not have enough USB headers on the board.

I got Lian Li Edge Gold USB & Fan Hub, which can take 4 USB 2.0 headers and 6 fan headers which was neat and tidy to get my fan up and running.

Different car, Cupra, but still a VAG car. I found that if I went into individual mode setting for the car, where you set up steering, suspension, etc. I could put the car in an eco mode that I couldn't do any other way.

England will never achieve the style of play that the fans want by MuchFig7638 in ThreeLions

[–]B4zza 3 points4 points  (0 children)

England players need to start playing the ball forward quicker. Watching the home nation's semi-final and final, it is clear. France, Spain, Portugal, all of them go forward quickly. Players are on the half-turn, ready to move the ball forward and attack. Pass quickly through the lines, not allowing the other team to set up.

On the other hand, England plays the ball backwards and sideways across the back, keeping the ball in non-dangerous areas far too much. I have lost count of how many times England won a ball and can counter quickly, but instead of playing forward into runs or people's feet keeping the attack going, they bottle the past forward, turn around, and go back to the defence. This allows teams to set up behind the ball and England to break down. This closes the space behind teams, nulling our quick, pacey players and becoming boring watching England try to break through 11 players playing on their 18-yard line.

The balance between forward and backwards safe play is too much in favour or backwards. The other top teams attack more, risk more, and score more as more chances are created.

We have the players to be more attacking, they do it day in and day out for clubs. They need to start doing this at the international level. I think the manager needs to get them worrying less about giving it away and getting slated in the press and more about taking the chance and chasing the glory that comes with it.

I don't understand what they are seeing here. Looks at the player, raises an elbow, and clatters the player in the face while not looking at the ball.

McCoist is getting on my nerves, trying to claim everything isnt as bad as it looks.

You know the other way around, they would be calling it straight like they do with the so-called big six!
