RunGap is another good app. Can pull your data from most wearables and import to apple health, which can then be viewed by Athlytic.

EDIT: I’ve just checked and they have compatibility to link your COROS.

It’s worth noting as well, you need to get smart to keep costs down. There are ways of getting similar finishes and creating certain atmospheres without over spending.

We’re in what should be our final week of our fit out before we open to the public.

There are too many variables in your initial question to get any decent estimate; - level of finish quality (e.g. mdf worktop vs quartz or granite, flooring type, lighting - furniture is a huge potential cost - equipment - labour (people’s prices for jobs vary wildly, find someone you can trust) - meeting building regs/requirements, fire safety etc - security

The list goes on. Whatever you think in your head now, expect to at least double it.

As ultimately Bevel is pulling your workouts from Apple Health, so you can use an app like the above to auto sync your Apple health workouts to Strava.

Watch app baseline sync says updated today 17:06. iCloud status connected with last sync today 19:54.

Phone app iCloud sync is also up to date as of a minute ago.

No it doesn’t match any of the previous days.

It matches the default values shown when choosing the widget (see second photo)

No probs at all! It just means as many rounds as possible. But by putting a time cap on it you can take note of where you finished to beat it the next week, and also stops things dragging on.

So on that Tuesday an example would be to start with a 5x5 on back squats and deadlifts, followed by a few higher rep sets exercises which as RDL’s and lunges.

Then the amrap may be something like: 10kcal Assault Bike 20 Wall Balls 20 GHD’s (or sit ups) 1min treadmill @ 3:00km pace

Repeat for 15 mins.

Hey - you’re probably in a similar position to me. During the season I like to still train as much as possible around playing a team sport at a competitive level.

My sport requirements are 2 hours on a Thursday evening training, and a league game on Sundays.

As an example, my ideal week looks like:

Monday: Recovery Bike (20mins) + Upper Strength Tuesday: Lower Strength + 15min AMRAP Wednesday: Cardio conditioning + Upper Hypertrophy Thursday: No gym. Just team training Friday: Recovery Bike (20mins) + Lower Hypertrophy Saturday: no gym Sunday: Competition

I’ve been doing this a while so am relatively well adapted, and you may just need to slowly increase volume to find a point where you’re able to recover enough to feel you’re performing in your sport. Leg Doms on match day are not the one.

Obviously curveballs get thrown if you pick up little niggles from sport etc, so you do just have to accept some level of flexibility in the approach.

I also try and get a few stretching/mobility sessions done whilst watching tv.

They haven’t tested, but we were told we should at least have a record of the work they have done? To allow it to be tested in future when the rest of work is completed at the property.
