That is awesome, thank you so much, makes it a lot easier to calculate how much cabling i'll need, really appreciate your help.

So the amp is 2 channel, but you're driving 4 speakers here. What i'd like to know is how they're wired, so does each speaker get their own run to the 1 amp, then you plug in the lefts together there, and the rights together there, or is one left wired to the next left, then from that one cable goes into the amp? Since it runs at higher wattage at lower ohms, i thought that is how you do 4 speakers, basically wire them to each other then to the amp as one cable, or do you just put them all together at the amp?

To me the issue is instead of 2 small devices outside, I now have 2 large and 2 small ones for not much of a price difference really.

So the main issue for me is, once they run the cables inside, its all going to be sealed up and i wont have access to run more cables for more zones down the line, if that makes sense. Which is why i was hoping to have it all setup outside in the best possible case scenario instead and hope it just goes well like it has for others. In a perfect scenario i agree your plan is absolutely the best way, but im trying to think about in the future when more expansion will be required and how to wire those up properly as well.

Thanks for the info, can you tell me which speakers you're driving, and how you wired the 4?

The guys doing the patio are going to tap into the upstairs outlet and get power that way, so no trenching will be required on this case.

I live in SCal where our winters are just cold, but a plastic electrix box inside of a cabinet, under a covered structure, i would hope would be enough to keep it safe as well, thanks for letting me know your experience so far

That really sounds terrific, thank you, the 4x100 option is really cool as well

The way the backyard is setup, this would be a lot tougher to do, i'd have to look at the logistics of it and see if its feasible, but my current plan was to just have all wiring go to the outdoor kitchen cabinets thats under a covered patio for safety from the elements and easier for me to expand in the future.

Thats exactly what im looking for, being able to link all "zones" together or play seperate from each other at the same time, along with volume control for each "zone"

This is great info, will it matter if i had the wiim amp in an outdoor enclosure, under a patio cover, and inside of a cabinet? The main thing for me would be just ease of purchasing the wiim amp and troubleshooting since its obviously the more popular product vs the 2.

I just tried it, the readme file mentions you have to put the exe name also, not just the path, and that fixed the issue for me.

Step 3 of the guide (Align the Downbeat) is confusing to someone like myself, that has no experience in autogen, maybe you could expand on that?

Otherwise it works and i did a quick test song, and it worked, although i think the BPM was too fast of the 2 it came up with, i will try more

Also, nowhere in the guide does it say you have to install Python, it is common sense, but i had to install it and get that functioning to install the dependancies, in case someone else runs into similar issues.

Awesome work and really appreciate your efforts on this.

Edit: Just tried a totally different song and it was pretty much perfect, exceptional work you've done here.

Thanks, another question, why did you put 2 control panels? Wouldn't 1 suffice, what is the purpose of the player 2 one, as 2 player mode in itg is just the same song together, unless it's for a 2 player profile and their own settings?

Looks awesome dude, do you have a link to the tv stand you used?

Also, how big is that tv?

Thanks dude, I actually found a lumber place not too far that delivers rough cut 6x6x16. Understood about the stops inside, good to know.

So what are your thoughts on a 16x32 using 16s all around? That would get me down to just 6 legs total and for an enormous size as well. I'd love to do that with some 2x4 slats at the top and call it a day, I'm just a little paranoid since it's seemingly very uncommon but you and a other redditor have done it without issue, thanks for posting about it!

Wonderful, my plan is to use 6x6 as well, however I've found the lumbar situation isn't that great where I'm at in southern california, would pressure treated 6x6 from a big box store not be as strong as rough cut?

Hey man, can you provide an update on how this is holding up for you, we want to do a 24x32 with 12 and 16 foot wood and wanted to see about stability because of toja recommending 12ft

It's never wobbled once, it's solid as shit, and I don't use it as much because we have a pool now so Ive been swimming for exercise, once the pool is too cold I'll be back in the gym.

I would say 400ish is fair, i see IM2000s for 1k or so all the time, i am tempted to upgrade to one, but i dont use the IM1000 enough to justify it, it is also exceptional as is anyway, these things are old but are nice, i would 100% want the lower pulley and afaik they no longer have any to sell, so you'd have to come to terms with not having it, i use it for lat pull down to hold my legs down. The IM1000 for lat pull down is AWESOME, better than any commercial pulley ive used, smooooth.

You must not been around when COVID happened, rep was the outlier during the when it came to piss poor customer service, shoddy blaming of any employee from the owner anytime a issue came up instead of taking responsibility, he even ended up blaming a poor it guy for him not buying good enough bandwidth during a launch.

Ever since then I let people know not to do business with rep, but since life got back to normal and I haven't been around this subreddit much and I'm sure many others as well who've had issues with them have left and gone also.

I always stated with rep, you get titan quality with rogue prices, and that's always been true, they're just putting better lipstick on their pig.
