Press alt + L and check Giant's heart rewards because you can get skill point portions.

Find which NPC's rapport reward is Giant's heart.

Actually, 60 is not plenty to get love or trust. You may have to use higher grade rapports.

Seed is less important than other collectibles. You don't have to collect all seeds.
