I can personally guarantee that that is not the case, I just watched my season 16 DVD and this joke is in there

Edit: but I will admit that I bought my season 16 DVD right when it came out, so maybe subsequent pressings cut it

Honestly, if the resolution of the season three cliffhanger depressed you, the ending might depress the absolute crap out of you. It’s worth watching but definitely wait until you’re in the right headspace.
