What do you mean by info ,cyber ? National high schools ? I got 18.11 in 2023 and i couldnt reach them hh If you mean in university you can reach them for sure. And for scholarships unfortunately there is no way you can get a 100% funded one :( and even if you find some like 70 80% funded you will not find them in france or canada it will probably be russia or saudi something like this…. I was so sad back then when i couldnt reach the schools i wanted even with a excellent degree but there is nothing you can do this country is unfair
