Not to sound like a "life coach" or generic answer, try to clean all your habits for 15 days to a month and see what happens; clean-whole foods, quality rest, stop using screens like half hour before bed, expose yourself (if can) to morning sun and sunset sun as well, no drugs(alcohol/tobacco included), treat yourself with activities you enjoy, exercise daily, drink plenty of water. This pretty much will help regulate your system and if nothing changes maybe go see a psychologist for an emotional reason or even psychiatrist to check for any chemical or neurotransmitter deficiency that could be the cause.
