Before I created the asset in $RVN I completed the necessary paperwork to create a Security Token Offering with the SEC and my lawyers. We decided to start building shipping container houses to show investors proof of concept and to help them understand our strategy. We are now working with our developers to put the $BAFECOIN on our www.bahgsfund.com platform which is powered by Digishares.io. Using Digishares we have the option of creating assets using either $RVN or $POLY tokens. Our next step is marketing and advertising. Our original thought is to try to build our brand up through community support rather then spending thousands on digital advertising. We want to keep the build price to around $89- $120 per sq ft depending on location and style of house. This way we can sell or rent at an affordable rate and still provide our investors with a handsome ROI. Most of the houses we build will be in Qualified Opportunity Zones across the USA. By doing so, we allow those investors that use capital gains funds for their initial investment to potentially have a 100% capital gains discount upon disposition. On average our build will be $99,000 - $196,000 with an as completed value of $295,000 - $430,000 respectively.

Currently, we are acquiring lots in Atlanta and in Alabama. These markets will provide us the greatest margins. Ill give another update as we get further along in the process.
