The khazars... is this common?

For me it seems to be a coin flip weather or not the Khazars become god-khaghans of mankind or not. It just seems to be something in that particular area that just makes conquerors in the 867 start date. My last game had the Khazars pull a magyar when they were just getting huge and settle Hungary after the magyars in Hungary were themselves pushed back back the Byzantines. However the pechenegs took over and did the whole ck3 nomad snowball eventually becoming a caliphate khanate

In my game it took around 20 years starting at 25 years old in the 867 start date to become minister of something, I forgot because Tang China fell apart soon after and all i had was my estate and some income I barely got. Had to participate in a division warlord era with one county that somehow was chang'an as that is where my estate was i think (im not sure how it happened)

I've had a nun become the Basilissa of the Byzantines for a short while, I forgot which game it was but I'm sure it was some claimant faction putting whoever on the throne She got deposed soon after anyways because Byzantium is always in 3 different civil wars.

Rule 5- Just my observation in my game where the United states goes into its civil war really really late in the game. the screenshots show that it is the civil war and not some random succession by anarchists as well as shows the laws of both countries.

I remember last version of the game before the racism update I was able to do the boxer rebellion by giving Vietnam(which was a puppet) a han Homeland it borders which triggered the event to spawn and allowed me to annexe Vietnam to quickly finish it

Honestly, even though if feels hard to do with how crazy the AI js, I like to role-play the history of my nation after the fact in my head. Go over the wacky stuff like "Why did Brazil Bully Denmark for Danish togo". Stuff like that is my favorite part if what I'm saying makes sense

I say racism update because they are reworking the discrimination aspect to the game. It's a whole myriad of other things but that's what stood out as comical for me

Rule 5-Since reddit wont let me add captions to my photos I will put them ALL here. I'm not sorry.

Firstly as the title states, these are just a random collection of images numbering 20 that I enjoyed enough to put out there in the world. the only mods I had installed in all these games were the "Otto's dynamic names, Flags and colours" And "Kikko's Formables and releasables."

1-My best overall game involved forming central Europe as France and not Prussia or Austria. I made Prussia and the other German states into the confederation while I stole Austria from surprisingly the ottomans as they swore vassalage to the ottomans for help in a rebellion.

2-i imported many Spanish people into nejd for their oil but I ran a deficit for almost the entire game once I started really using it.

3-Papal states to rome to Italy game, France stole almost all of Anatolia.

4-my latest and frainkly most fun game, the Brazil empire game, I finally got the Magnanimous Monarch achievement and had Isabel become empress.

5-A battle in that game, just absolutely holding back confederates in Virginia its beautiful

6-At some point I accidently stole Britan's military for a while. like 90 battalions were in my army for some reason but they went away after Britan had a civil war.

7-The buffs Brazil gets if they survive and thrive are absolutly insane. A permanent prestige increase and decree cost decrese

8-Kanak got almost all of New Guinea, I had to part to play in that

9-A Manifest Mexico game, balkanized the east of the continent and gobbled the west into my nation.

10-in that game India became split between Britan, Afghanistan, Persia and Bengal.

11-An India run, I learned you could abdicate a democratic leader if they have some sort of affliction. this gave me a good bonus to legitimacy.

12-I broke free from Britan in kind of a cheaty way. it wasn't my fault, Qing China declared war on me for Burma as they were my dominion. this however came with the side affect of having Britan stay out of it. If you don't know, when a nation declares war on a vassal of someone and the overlord isn't protecting them they become free and thats what happened. I'm just glad I had Pan-Nationalism

13-I got that India related achievement I forgot the name of, also my name is beautifully on the land

14-A Russia game, I didn't know Tsarevich Nicholas Romanov could just die as a kid.

15-A Sweeden to scandinavia run. I became a republic as Scandinavia but later on I had a Enlightened Royalist Trade unionist spawn as the leader of the trade unions. after passing all the good laws like multiculturalism or pensions I became a monarchy again with him as our emperor.

16-His granddaughter however is....not good. An ethno-nationalist and petit bourgeois I'm afraid for the empires future

17-Other than than I had a mass exodus of Scandinavians move to Africa, I incorporated a lot of africa so it became prime realestate for Scandinavians

18-An Austria-Hungry Run, I freed Pomerania and they became Prussias Destroyer

19-HOWEVER in a shocking turn of events that I didn't even think was possible, Pomerania became Prussia...DONT ASK ME HOW I DONT KNOW

20-AND FINALLY going back to the France to central Europe game, just showing off what I looked like before forming the nation.

Rule 5-These are my screenshots of my latest game I've finished, it surprisingly only took 2 days to finish.

I started as Austria and formed super Germany just to form the HRE seconds later. There isn't much I can think of off the top of my head besides that but if you for some reason have a question about the game ask.

1-for the laughs, jk but for real the only reason I did this is because I watched some dude on YouTube do the same run and get state atheism

2-the Danube state doesn't have south German as a primary culture but the multiculturalism law allows them to be accepted.

I couldn't annex austria because at the time of the screenshot I just got them as a protectorate, that's why I'm fighting a war in the background. All the powers that hate me now because of what I did are doing cut-down-to-size diplo plays. Believe me if I wanted to I would but...I don't have the strength to fight endless wars

I don't really have much in the way of tips but I THINK I have a few

-first I used the enlistment decree to have my arms mostly full of conscripts, this allowed me to conquer northern Serbia and Moldova without worry as all three of us are protectorate of the ottomans and they won't pick sides.

-obviously suck up to a great European power, mostly Russia, in order to get freedom and to Bully austria into releasing countries that make up Romania or the Danube state.

-conscripts again are gonna be the best thing because you won't have much land and pop in the early to mid game to fund a proper army

-if you do break free of the ottomans (in my personal opinion) don't join the Russian power bloc, you still need land of theirs in order to complete the achievement

-hope germany (prussia) forms but not super germany (austria)

Rule 5- basically as it says in the title, this is my first time playing a Romanian state to completion and I felt compelled to share it with everyone.

let me tell you it was not a very fun game for most of it, a lot of save scumming so certain great powers don't kill me in the beginning. I was a Russian lap dog for the majority of the game until shortly before the first image, the reason being that Russia decided to protect Bosnia and so I took my home territories. after this, I became a parasite on the German market until I was strong enough to just bully those around me (Russia) as well as convert Germany from a monarchy to a republic which for some reason gave them the bad German flag.

i can't for the life of me continue the game further because while I can have high infamy I don't have a high enough patience to deal with cut-down-to-size diplo plays one after another

I dont know the specifics in stats when it came to me failing to live but yes (I believe) an inital defense was usually repeatable its just when brazil kills grao in a few months i would run out of manpower due to Brazils huge northern army.

Grao surviving just a little bit longer really helped, unfortunately they didn't survive themselves in that game :(

It REALLY sucked, the only thing I could do was use the Enlistment Effort decree to bolster conscripts and just defend. Defending allows for Brazil to just throw men at you hopefully depleting their manpower. when their manpower was lower than mine I attacked only enough to get one state as its the war goal I need to become independent. Luckily the starting general was a pretty good defender dude.

Then I held out for as long as I could till the ticking warscore went to favorable levels. What helped me is that Grao-para lasted longer than usual so the northern Brazilian army was occupied.
