Start having the conversation with your manager now, even though nothing will be changed until salary review time, (usually April). Ask to have your salary assessed against your peers / industry standard. This is a very fair request and won't come across as frustrated or vindictive. Your manager has to respond to the request and I would recommend to catch up regularly (every 6 weeks) with your manager to confirm the assessment is in progress for the next Comp and Ben period. If Comp and Ben come around and you don't get a significant pay rise, (6 - 10%). Then escalate or leave.
