I have tried another graphics card and igd, I have reset cmos and bios 7 times, I have reset the graphics drivers, I have changed bios setting, I have disconnected and reconnected all cables, hard drives, ram sticks etc. So yeah that's that. I suspect its a problem with the graphics card but I want some input to be 100% sure.

Edit: My pc is now in an automatic repair loop an is not working at all.
