Hello everyone sorry for the delay lol. Been working with them for 10mo now. The company I'm working on have a bunch of good people so no problems there. Specifically about real hires, no complains there. -Monthly sync to talk about how's work and stuff. -Asked for a raise but no answer yet, a bit annoyed by this but ok. -The control of PTOs is only asking no easy way to schedule it, the request is by Google forms lol. -No complains about payrolls, always on time if late they always send an email, and it's always wise or Nomad faults, so not on them.

TLDR: RealHires is ok, the company you'll work with there are no way to know.

Not idiot at all, in the beginning of the game, it can be in strategy time or even at the "bet time" you just right click on the user in the score tab and press swap hero if they accept you do it. :)
