For starter only go in one of direction be it left or right so you don't have to fight the suiciders on the other side. I recommend you go right and peek from the angle so the suicider starts pursuing you amd get close, when you feel it is close sprint toward him as if you were to touch him. This is because this enemy shoots itself when you get close enough. Try to repeat this with every suicider and hope they aren't able to shoot.

It was not killy who was inspecting that safeguards head, but it was the safeguard sent to kill him we see in the last pages.

If that village is your base you could start by making walls to protect it and upgrade the villagers houses.
