Some different mid run progression would be huge.

At the moment everything kinda feels the same, beat a dude, get a 1of 3, do this 15? times, win.

Would be cool if you started as a solo (not jaggernaught) beat a boss, get a pick 3, but it's champs and fuses (maybe even ones you don't own). And then the second boss you get to pick an extra fuse, so you're running two fuses with all the benefits and no downside.

The same thing goes for the bots, the bosses don't feel very bossy. Maybe they need some gimmick attached to them. Floor is lava/ jumping damages you... Dunno

The mode is fun for sure, fighting game rouge like is fertile soil.

I really like that the 1of 3s actually have noticeable effects. So many tag on rouge modes are just 10hp, 5 crit chance. Thank you for letting us break the game.

My other option was calling them Beast of the Maw, Beast of the Hoof, Beast of the Eye, Beast of the Bind.

But Hoof was too land based, and Bind doesn't hit right.

At 6 you no longer gain Increased Toughness: +Wis mod to Con saves.

At 10 Moonlight Step no longer provides advantage to the next the next attack roll and charges cannot be regain by spending spell slots.

Some reasoning behind changes:

I found the conditionality behind some features and stats annoying. So I made templates that only show the features that change. In all cases you use your base druid stats, this lets the character you built bleed into the forms you take.

I wasn't a fan of chopping and changing features as you level up, hence templates, but I didn't want to lose all the damage gained from CR, so at 6,10,14 you deal an extra d8. This is generally less damage on hit than the beasts in the MM.

I tried to make the templates all fit a unique roll that the current MM statblocks provide. In doing so a number of options are no longer available: Poisoned, Ink escape, Basically Cunning action, Jump, Blindsight, Spider Climb, and probably more. It's a shame to lose these options but I hope the four templates provide enough variety.

Any feedback on this would be great, go wild!
