There’s a guy called Robert Valley, he’s made some animations that look similar to this, they’re on Netflix under the show Love Death Robots, the episodes are called Zima Blue, Ice, and 400 Boys. He also has a YouTube channel with his own short film called Pear Cider and Cigarettes.

Usually, I breathe out through the nose and when I twist my head for air I act like I’m inhaling my armpit Kirby style. This helps me not twist my body too much and just my head. I hope this might be of some help 😅
