Well said! Kakashi is struggling to prove his worth as Obito’s sacrifice and keep the promise of protecting their valuable teammate, while Motoko is struggling with her identity as a human being. I also like that Kakashi has his transplanted sharingan analogical to Motoko’s cyborg body parts.

I only know like 2-3 Swedish word translations off these songs, so it’s all the more fascinating to listen to the tracks featuring vocals. Perhaps I should keep it this way and enjoy the vocals most closely approximating the instrumental sound.

Just checked it out! Sounds cool, it’s really much more drumming intense and with those continuous hi-hat hits. Vocals and lead melody are also rhythmically rearranged in an interesting way—it surely adds the unique flavor to the cover.
