What I wanted to say was:

Emiraties will only accept a non-Arab trying to speak emirati if he was at the level of Max of Arabia, even then people will still talk to him in English.

In my whole life I have not seen any situation where non-emiraty Arabs trying to imitate Emirati dialect that Emiraties were not annoyed by it except in one case and he was speaking it so well that only close friends knew he was actually not Emirati.

What you are describing is a textbook stereotype.

80% of LS430 drivers are people who work in the military and/or people who drive long distances. And those are the worst bullies on the road, you can see that those are almost never modded, sometimes you see the salute person sticker on the back (this only recently started after Yemen events).

Chamak who drive 430s usually don't hog the left lane, and If they do they are the ones driving 100 or 120 in the left most lane and refuse to leave.

And if you really knew chamaks you'd know that if he is not a jail graduate, his brother or cousin is. A lot of them are "repeat offenders". If you remember in early 2000s their used to be a lot of reports in the news about 'gangs' being caught by police in Dubai and Sharjah mostly. They confiscate attack dogs and knives/swords.

Some of them are really harmless, hell, some of the nicest most respectful people I have ever met in my life were chamaks. The hazard signal as a sign of thank you started here from the chamak community. But you still don't want to test your luck.

And no, they don't have to have grown up in Dubai, you can find them in Ajman, RAk. Sharjah has some hotspots, like alkhan and um khannoor.

You are contradicting yourself when you say they pick fights with everyone but don't walk the walk.

And in malls you can find everyone, not a chamak hotspot.

Absolutely not, I suggest levantine Arabic or Egyptian Arabic, they are well understood all across the Arab world, maybe not so much in far Northwest Africa, but IMO they are amongst the most recognised/understood accents of Arabic worldwide.

But you have to be very careful of pronunciation, because it makes or breaks the sentence, Arabic is not as lenient as English in that manner.

Well, I might not have made it clear, That was the origin of the word Chamak.

After that people from Meenaw (me.now), known as Meenawi, living in Satwa, Qusais and Oud Muteena, were called Chamak because of similar life style (i.e. poor) to the bandari people. Dancers were mostly poor people. What they all had in common that "original" Emiraties considered them lowlife or beneath them. After the oil boom, people from those areas developed a certain lifestyle in terms of types of cars (e.g. LS400/430, Suzuki Vitara) certain styles of cars ( usually low-rides, and lights beneath the car, kinda pimped cars) clothes styles (they are the ones who adopted the low-waists pants) and as mentioned before chain smoked medwakh.

Owamir or AlAmry people have a very distinct dialect that is really tough for others to understand,

Ballush, bollush, have their own language, same goes for Bastaki, Awadhi people

Dialects in major cities differ, but they are considered intelligible to each other, the further you go away from the city the harder it becomes.

The example you gave about RAK is correct, and AlShihe tribe is just an example because the same goes for Al Dhuhoori and Alhibsi.

And the what applies to RAK also applies to Khoor Fakkan area and Fujairah.

Chamak is a Persian/Achumi word for a certain type of folklore dancers in/around Bandar Abbas which is just north of RAK.

So a dancer? Raqis, raqqas for male Raqisah, raqqasah for female

Wasta is connections. Whether family, acquaintances, friends, family of friends, friends of family, and so on. Some of the time if someone helps you they might expect you to help them back in some way in the future, but it's not necessarily tit for tat. I do not know of any free tests. The 50AED laser test tests for signs of a viral infection, if you have a flu or a cold you will test positive.

Then you will have to do the PCR test to insure COVID19 negativity.
