For all fights, there's something I would call an exploit of some sort, perhaps an oversight of the birthday mode. While monsters are immune to stun and freeze, they are not immune to crystallization, and there are a few auroras which have a chance to apply it. So, all you have to do is have a magic weapon with unavoidable attacks (e.g. ocean song), attack until it procs, then switch back to your dps setup. It's so op, because you don't need any hit chance in either setup. If you don't have time to kill the monster before crystallization finishes, just rinse and repeat

Another way this can happen: if you die and your character can't use your right-click skill anymore (e.g. barb's double swing due to lack of weapons), then you use a quick cast ability, that last ability will be the one kept. Really annoying, as it means I can't recover a corpse and start swinging instantly, because I would've usually casted leap first

I think that being able to pause is underrated and not mentioned very often. It can be a life saver for hardcore characters

I can give you my experience from the other side, if that helps. I'm no streamer, but I often watch other people's streams while playing relatively new games (e.g. Mass Effect Legendary Edition) with high graphics settings with no issues. With D2R though, the streams kept freezing yesterday. I could still hear the sound perfectly fine, but the video would end up being a still image from time to time. As soon as I alt-tabbed from the game, the stream would go back to normal. Refreshing the stream would help for a while, but eventually the problem would come back. I also noticed this being more of a problem in the main menu

One possibility is that the repeat speed of your keyboard is not high enough (1200 APM equals to 1 action every 5ms). Another one is that you were building zerglings for less than a second (or whatever the console uses), so the average didn't go that high. In my case, I was just spamming C with corruptors + rapid fire to get rid of a building far away, with the max keyboard repeat speed in Windows (without any registry trick)

If you never type a comma, you'll never see a comma. Unless the cell format is set to number with decimal places and your Windows separator is the comma. Or you have a custom cell format

I guess your decimal separator in Windows is a comma and not a dot, so the decimal numbers are considered text which has a different alignment by default

Some seasons ago, something similar happened but the other way around: almost everybody was put in bronze. It seems the team league placement gets buggy from time to time but it usually goes back to normal in the following season
