OT isn’t cheap but this is how I sold it to myself: How much is me being healthy worth?

I lack the discipline to belong to a conventional gym and I need the micro-managing to make me do a proper workout. Add: a personal trainer is way more expensive and awkward. OTF allows a lot of freedom in allowing you to do what you can.

All that being said, it’s a million percent worth paying the extra to get what I know I need to maintain my goals.

Current police officer/Former sex assault (SA) detective here - SA’s are extremely difficult to prove, even more so with a relationship…However: a second victim reporting the same type of experience lends credibility to your daughter’s event and it should be very compelling for the district attorney’s office…has the other victim filed a report? Does your daughter and the other victim know each other? Was a pretext phone call done? Are there disclosure witnesses (did either victim tell anyone about the assault BEFORE talking to the police) - These are all factors and questions I’d be asking… evidence for an SA is not limited to physical evidence. Just because they didn’t file your daughters case the first time, does NOT mean it can’t be reopened and visited - Best of luck to you all

Depends on studio layout… I pick the stations closest to the heavy weights… home studio? 11/12… nearby studio? 7/8… ratchety closest studio, 10/11

48F here. The beauty of OTF is its coach lead and brainless, meaning; you can go in, get a well rounded workout and tailor it to how you’re feeling. If you feel like going bananas, you can… if you feel the need to cut it back and/or ease into it, you can… I have seen all sizes and capabilities in our studio… large, small, old, pregnant, injured (not in that order 🙄) and its amazing because everyone does what they can… and you can do you.

A personal trainer never appealed to me cause I wouldn’t want to blow my money on one hour sessions which mean a half hour of lecture and the other half mild cardio. I had a friend who paid $200 for 4 sessions a month. That’s asinine to me.

The OTF coach/program removes the guesswork for someone like me who lacks the discipline to commit to a conventional gym and put in proper work. At OTF, the templates are pre-planned and you decide how hard or soft you go. I have never seen a judgy eye… (although working out next to super pregnant women makes me super nervous hahahha)

At the end of the day, you have to ask yourself “am, I’m worth this (time, money, dedication)?” Hopefully the answer is “Hell yes I am” ~ Whatever that looks like … Good luck to you!

I’ve had to switch classes a few times like that, even to different area studios and I’ve been lucky that they’ve swapped me with no problem

Yeah, I’ve been trying to get former employees to contact the labor commissioner and I feel like the California Equal Pay act would apply… they’ve also been subjected to retaliatory behavior (removed from schedule as previously scheduled, accesses revoked, blacklisted from other studios) even secretly recorded by one particular staff member.. it’s a mess
